Healthy School
At our school, we have developed a whole-school approach to support the health and wellbeing of pupils, staff and our wider school community. We use the North Yorkshire and York Healthy Schools framework to plan, monitor and continually improve our practice. We are very proud to have achieved the Gold Award in April 2025.
This framework is split into five key areas:
- Active lives
- Emotional health and wellbeing
- Healthy food
- PSHE
- Staff wellbeing
